FAQ

Size Guide
All items are dimensioned in cm/mm and should give an accurate guide. If you are in any doubt, please contact direct. Rings are sized in standard UK alphabetical sizing. Please ensure that you have an accurate size for your finger before ordering. You can do this by visiting a jeweller. A wider band width will feel tighter than a narrow band and finger sizes will often differ from left to right hand and with temperature. We are not able to refund or replace individually sized rings and will charge for a further resizing. Most rings are available in a small range of sizes but this will vary with each ring. Please see individual items for sizes. As rings will often need to be sized individually a longer delivery time should be expected.

I am happy to hallmark other items if requested but the additional time-scale and costs involved are not always appropriate. (link to Assay Office )

Any additional semi precious stones will be detailed in the description.

Care of Jewellery and Plant Labels.
Plant labels – anodised aluminium , can be cleaned in warm soapy water and writing can be removed by  gently rubbing with a plastic scourer.

Silver jewellery – Silver is a natural material and will react with chemicals and the air and will oxidize and tarnish. Wearing your jewellery is the best way to keep it in good condition but avoid contact with chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, perspiration and chlorinated water. Items can be cleaned with warm soapy water, using a soft brush or cloth. Silver items can be cleaned using a proprietary cloth or ‘dip.’ Silver with stones or pearls or purchased with an oxidised finish should not be cleaned with silver cloths or dip.
